This little RTF Kit is from geeks.com - link below. It is basically RTF (ready to fly), we did go through and balance the blades and double check the screws, but other than that it truly does fly out of the box. Geeks will be carrying the training stand (from the video on the homepage) soon and this is HIGHLY recommended. Especially if your experience is limited to coaxial choppers. Using the training pod you can really get a feel for not only the cyclic controls but also the yaw (rudder) - Not to mention as you see in the video the stand can take a hit or two without an issue. Replacement parts for the heli are available direct from the manufacturer (paper work in the box for that) or you can pickup a second heli, which sounds crazy at first. But look at it this way, a 2nd battery and charger, 2nd set of blades and a spare for every item you have. Once you look at what that would cost, a second one really isnt a bad idea. This unit is still pounding out flights great, and while its not for hardcore 3D, it can certainly hover inverted and do the basic loops and rolls. The price is what is amazing, it really is a bargain for a Trex 450 compatible helicopter.
